About
Prime Therapy Resources

In 2018, after hearing Dr Rod Smith speak on forgiveness at the Belgrave Heights Convention, Andy May asked a simple question: how could these insights be shared more widely?
What began as a small animation project soon grew into a broader vision — thoughtful resources bringing together biblical truth and Dr Rod's decades of therapeutic experience.
From the beginning, the goal has been clear: a gospel-centred exploration of suffering and hope, grounded in both psychology and Scripture.
Prime Therapy Resources quickly grew into a video library of well-formed frameworks to draw on in clinical practice, pastoral care, education, counselling, and personal reflection.
As Dr Rod often reminds us, real change is rarely dramatic. More often, it is steady and gradual — the quiet reshaping of how we understand ourselves, our struggles, and our hope.
Therapy Resources exists to serve that slow, faithful work.
